Win2 may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Providing a false age will result in account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that minors do not access this platform. If you suspect an underage person is using Win2, please notify our support team immediately.

Win2 supports deposits and withdrawals via local payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
